Welcome to Schedzo.com (“Schedzo”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Schedzo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Platform.

1. Nature of the Platform

• Schedzo is an online marketplace that enables users to find, book, and manage services offered by independent service providers (“Service Providers”).
• Schedzo does not provide any services directly. All services are delivered by third-party Service Providers.
• We do not endorse, vet, or guarantee any Service Provider or their services. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Schedzo.
• Exception for 16–17 year olds: You may use Schedzo only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing you to use the Platform, your parent/guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf and accepts full responsibility for your use of the Platform, including any bookings, content, or business activities you engage in.
• By registering, you confirm that you meet the above eligibility requirements and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

3. User Responsibilities

Service Providers are solely responsible for:

• Accuracy and legality of their listings.
• Obtaining and maintaining all required licenses, permits, insurance, and approvals.
• Compliance with applicable tax obligations.
• Ensuring the safety, quality, and delivery of their services.

Users/Customers are solely responsible for:

• Evaluating the suitability of any Service Provider.
• Taking appropriate precautions for their own safety and security.
• Entering into and paying for services directly with Service Providers.

Parents/Guardians of 16–17 year olds are responsible for:

• Ensuring the minor complies with all laws, tax obligations, and insurance requirements if providing services.
• Accepting liability for all actions, content, and transactions made by the minor on the Platform.

4. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post or upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, or infringing on third-party rights.
• Misuse the Platform for fraudulent transactions, spam, or harmful activity.
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass any security features of the Platform.

Schedzo reserves the right to remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risks to others.

5. Payments & Fees

Where applicable, payments for services are processed through third-party providers. Schedzo is not a party to transactions between Users and Service Providers and is not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, or failed transactions.

6. Disclaimers

• Schedzo provides the Platform “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
• We make no warranties regarding the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of services listed on the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schedzo is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from user or Service Provider conduct, services booked through the Platform, or viruses, hacking, or unauthorized access. Our total liability to you in connection with the Platform will not exceed €100 or the amount you paid us in fees in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

8. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. You may stop using the Platform at any time by closing your account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on Schedzo (excluding user-generated content) are owned by or licensed to us. Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any content they upload. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it for operation of the Platform.

10. Privacy

Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on Schedzo.com with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
